We're looking for a warm, energetic people person to join our team as Member Experience Coordinator. Someone who makes every member and parent feel genuinely welcome the moment they walk through the door.

We're looking for someone who is confident with people, organised, adaptable, and a genuine team player.

No martial arts experience needed. Just great energy and the drive to do the job properly.

This is a paid role designed to develop high-level coaches and future gym operators. You will be trained not only in coaching, but also in sales, marketing, member management, and gym operations.

Details:

This is a long-term opportunity open to anyone inside/outside of the Element network, including interstate.

Completion of this residency may result in:

• An ongoing full-time position at Element HQ
• A head coaching position at a future Element location
• Support and potential investment in opening your own facility

This opportunity is open to people interested in:

• Running a single-discipline gym (Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, etc.), or
• Developing a multi-discipline or MMA gym

Personal competition experience is valued, but long-term commitment, professionalism, and coaching ability are the primary considerations. A solid baseline skill level (minimum blue belt or equivalent) is required.
