We’re calling on all footballers and netballers to come represent Djilang at the 2026 Bairnsdale Carnival! 🏉🏐

This is more than just a carnival it’s about community, culture, pride, and coming together to showcase our talent on and off the court and field.

What an amazing weekend spent with some deadly people in our community! 🖤💛❤️

Everyone looked so deadly out there, and as a sporting organisation we are super proud of the effort, sportsmanship and pride everyone brought to the weekend. It was awesome to see the skills, teamwork and community spirit on display.

We hope everyone had a great time, enjoyed themselves and made some great memories. Thank you to everyone who came out, supported, and gave it their all.

We can’t wait to see all those skills back next year bigger and better! 💪🏽 🩵🧡

Thank you! Djilang Sporting Orgainsation would like to thank all players, coaches, team managers and volunteers who have participated and helped over the weekend at VACSAL Statewide Basketball Carnival held here on Wadawurrung Country.

We would also like to thank Wathaurong Aboriginal Co Op for supporting us to participate in the Carnival.

We would also like to thank Victorian Aboriginal Community Services Association Ltd for organising such a fantastic carnival and for creating opportunities for our mob to come together through sport.

If all players can keep and eye out on their emails over the next few days as we will be sending out feedback surveys, how we can improve future carnivals!

So proud of the Djilang U8s Mixed Team for an amazing Grand Final win! The effort, teamwork and smiles all weekend have been incredible to watch. These young kids should be so proud of themselves. 💪

Hey you Mob playing in the vacsal carnival, its time to get the use out of the orange side if all team could swap to orange today that would be deadly!!

On the uniform note once all game are finished today Sunday the 8th and u didn’t make finals can u please hand your uniform back to the coach/ team manager of your team, if you are wanting to purchase the uniform please come let jasmine knox or Natalie Murphy know so we can sort out payments!!
