Yooooo LFG King.
Before shot was from a little bit before I actually started coaching Jordy. But I wanted to make mention of how awesome his past 2 year transformation has been. We have worked together for the past 18 months.
Shortly after starting Jordy actually busted his wrist! This had an impact on his training for sure, but he was determined for it to have the least amount of an impact possible. This man trained around the injury like a young Sayain wanting to achieve SUPER Sayain as quickly as possible.
He has nailed his cut. Which has been difficult, driving to melbourne a ridiuclous amount of times per week, navigating a house sale and still having time for the gym. He put everything into this. Classic example of prioritising and hyperfocusing on a goal to achieve it, then recalibrate to more manageable amount of days training etc.
Super Sayain Lifts:
RDL - 174KG x 14 - 228KG (this was at the end of our cut! Where strength should be plummeting, but he was hitting all time marks)
Deadlift Conventional (deadstop) - 177.5KG x 16 - 254KG calc max
Squat - 135KG x 11 (with PERFECT form) - 176 calc max
