I feel like I see so much on social media about what is 'right' and 'wrong' when it comes to exercise and fitness! Fo sho, there are certain rep ranges, weight progressions etc etc that will benefit specific goals but at the end of the day ANY MOVEMENT IS GOOD MOVEMENT! 🤟🤙
For some that might be a 10 min walk, for others it might be a 10 min burpee EMOM (a personal fave 🤣)...my dudes, it doesn't matter! Find exercise you enjoy and have fun 🤩
