Hey everyone!
Thank you for jumping onto our page and showing your support! I'll do a brief introduction post shortly, but here is an idea of the services we will be providing at the minute!

ONLINE EMPOWER YOUR MORNING FOR KIDS
A fun 15-20minute morning empowerment session for kids of any age while we get ready for the day ahead - utilising and educating on the benefits of a positive morning mindset by using some empowering affirmations! Lots of fun dancing and laughs expected!

In regards to next week's
"EMPOWER YOUR MORNING FOR KIDS" Online Sessions -
We are looking at best times of when suits everyone! If you could leave your suggestions of times/particular mornings we will collate and get back to you ASAP!

They will be free and go for 15 minutes! They are all about showing your kids the importance of starting off the day in a happy and energetic mood!
