We have a special dance awaiting you this Thursday. 🌑✨

I mean, all dances are special… but when dance meets the rhythm of the moon, it can open a door into something a little deeper.

This Thursday we dance with the New Moon in Leo — an invitation to step out of self-doubt and into courage, creativity and the heart.

What happens when we stop worrying about how we look, how we’re doing, or whether we’re “getting it right” — and simply let ourselves be seen, felt and moved?

Leo asks us to bring our whole, authentic selves to the dance. Not the polished version. Not the version we think others want to see. Just us.

Come dance with your heart.
Come play. Come create. Come take up a little more space.

No two people move through life in quite the same way, and no two dances are ever alike. Your dance is uniquely yours, so the invitation is simply to step onto the floor and see what wants to unfold through the Open Floor Conscious Dance practice.

Let your body move, allow the mental chatter to settle, and listen to what your heart is longing for. Through the dance, we may also discover a deeper sense of connection—to ourselves, to others and to something beyond ourselves.

This week, Theva have some fresh tunes for your taste buds, along with guidance to support you as you journey into your own dance.

Together, we'll explore the four dimensions of embodiment—Physical, Mental, Emotional and Soul—while having a good time along the way.

✨ ONE DAY TO GO! ✨

Hello dancing friends,

Patricia is so looking forward to dancing with you all tomorrow afternoon at Sunday SoulRhythms Conscious Dance, amongst other delicious enquiries, we will be exploring the theme of Fixed → Fluid.

A chance to notice where we hold, brace, or get stuck—and to explore what happens when we soften, shake, release, and let ourselves move in new ways.

We'll shake off some of the winter heaviness, loosen what feels held, and gradually open into more fluid, spacious movement.

There'll be room to energise, express, as well as soften, settle —and listen to what your body needs.

We're looking for a couple of dedicated dancers to join our wonderful crew and help bring our dance nights to life.

Being part of the crew is about so much more than practical tasks. It's about helping to create the atmosphere, welcoming people into the space, and contributing to the magic that makes each dance feel so special.

Whether you enjoy setting up the space, greeting dancers with a smile, helping with sound, or adding your creative touch, there's a place for many different gifts.

In exchange, you'll receive a free dance and the opportunity to be part of a team that helps weave these evenings together.

Hey Dhevas, ✨ Our weekly beloved conscious dance practice is back this Thursday—a space to step into the wisdom of the body.

Guided by Open Floor teacher, Theva Indrasenan and supported by an eclectic musical journey, you'll be invited to move in your own way, at your own pace. There are no steps to learn and nothing to get right—just an opportunity to explore, release, reconnect and simply be.

More than a dance class, MOVED is a regular practice. A barefoot sanctuary. A place to refill your cup, discover new possibilities through movement, and connect with a welcoming community.
