Whether you’re looking to master authentic blade work or bring epic cinematic duels to life, our weekly sessions at South Bank Flowstate are open to the public and built for all skill levels.
What started as a shared passion for Star Wars has grown into a dedicated community built on trust, fitness, and pure passion for performance swordcraft. Our curriculum goes beyond basic sparring—we train with purpose:

Real-time combat. No scripts. ⚔️🌀
This is Choreoduel at . It’s the ultimate test of instinct, discipline, and flow. Unlike a staged performance, this is improvised lightsaber combat—a real-time dance between attack and defense where every strike is earned and every parry is vital.
Through translating martial arts into lightsabers, we aim to replicate the 7 Forms from Star Wars into reality.

🕗 Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We’re back under the lights to sharpen our skills in lightsaber fencing, choreography, and performance. Whether you’re here to train like a Jedi, duel like a Sith, or build your stunt skills for filmmaking, there’s a place for you in SFL.

💡 For Potential New Members:
Saber Fencing Legion is a non-profit, student-run club dedicated to safe, disciplined, and creative Star Wars–inspired combat arts. We train all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists, using a structured ranking system to ensure safety and growth. You’ll learn techniques, create cinematic fight scenes, and even take part in live performances and film projects.
