It's such a shame whole foods don't get to highlight their impressive nutrition credentials in the same way that packaged processed foods do. The Nutrition Panel on a processed packaged food can look so impressive with all those nutrients listed... and so welcome to my new series of posts boasting the nutrition you'll find in whole foods 🤩 The only trouble I'll have is that sometimes there are so many it's hard to get them all in one pic!

First up is the humble egg. XL eggs are the ones you get from the 12 egg carton listed as 700g. Obviously if you buy a 600g carton you're getting a fraction less of each nutrient. It's a pretty impressive line up 🌟
