The Eskdale Cricket Club would like to give a thank you to Zac Barrenechea for his outstanding contribution to our club over the past two seasons as a player, coach and captain.

Zac played a massive role in helping our club rise up the ladder, win finals for the first time in over a decade, and compete in a Grand Final. His leadership, passion and commitment have left a lasting impact on the group both on and off the field.

Thanks Zac for everything you’ve given to the club, we wish you all the best in your new role and hope to see you back at the club in the future.

Unfortunately, all senior games have been cancelled tomorrow due to the heat.

Luckily our cash draw will still be going ahead from 6:30 and in an added bonus our senior sides will be having an intra club t20 match kicking off around 3:30.

So come down and see the boys in action, enjoy a cold drink and the air conditioner!

All Cricket Albury Wodonga games scheduled for tomorrow, 31 January, have been cancelled due to extreme heat.

The Eskdale Cricket Club was saddened to hear of the passing of Wayne ‘Cookie’ Cook.

Cookie has been a supporter of our club for over 40 years and was a great advocate for country cricket.

Cookie was always good for a story and a beer after the game.

For those that want to attend his funeral it will be held at Lester & Sons Wodonga on the 20th of January from 1pm

Eskdale Cricket Club is holding our annual cash draw and past players day on Saturday 31st of January at the ECG.

For just $50 you get free beer, wine and soft drink during the draw as well as your chance to win $2500!

Well done to the Eskdale Earthworms who had a convincing win last night against Lavington!

The girls will be back in action next Monday against Belvior at Emerald Oval, so be sure to get down and support them if you can!
