WEEK 4 is almost over!
Look at how far you’ve come 👏🏻
You’ve been showing up to your sessions, getting in your water, moving more outside of the gym & this week you’ve started dialing in protein & fibre.
If you’ve felt a little unsure with your numbers, that’s ok this post is here to give you a guide so you can be on top of your nutrition as we move into the final phase.
Next week is the beginning of doing all 5 habits consistently.
Which means it’s time to introduce the final habit:
7-8hrs sleep per night
This is the one that brings it all together.
Your training adapts.
Your body recovers.
Your hunger & energy regulate.
Your results start to show.
Our goal has been to build the skills now so weeks 6-10 feel powerful, not overwhelming.
