Day 1 of the Oceania champs yesterday and we kicked of eoth the Hammer throw. Great competition with Michelle throwing 2 big peesonal best throws out of her 6 attpts to sn**ch the Woman's 50 title and Gold medal. Faye finished with a bronze medal in the same event with a great series of throws. Shot put today. Enjoy some pictures of today
