As a mum myself, I remember the days before my son started school and how tricky it was to commit to a weekly pilates class when it’s school holidays, a day off kinder or daycare, bub is sick or babysitting plans fall through.

Coven Movement was built on the idea that pilates classes should be accessible to everyone of any stage of life and that kids are a blessing, not a burden ❤️

Both my Tuesday morning classes are kid friendly, so if you have kids or grandkids and need to bring them to class, it’s no problem!

We cannot wait to meet you and your little sidekicks! 👶👧
