Looking for variety? Our WOD combines strength, fitness, and functional movements in a fun, coach-led workout. Every session is different, keeping things challenging, motivating, and never boring. Suitable for all fitness levels with options provided.

10:30am – Beginners Strength
New to the gym or wanting to build confidence? This class focuses on safe, effective strength training with expert coaching. Learn proper technique, improve strength, and move at your own pace in a supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, seniors and those returning to exercise.

A strength-focused class designed to help you build muscle, improve technique, and get stronger week after week.

⏰ 9:15am – AMRAP
AMRAP = As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible
A fun, high-energy workout where you’ll complete as many rounds as you can within a set time. Great for improving fitness, endurance, and burning calories while working at your own pace.

⏰ 10:30am – FLEXFIT
Perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone wanting a lower-impact workout. Improve mobility, strength, balance, and confidence in a supportive environment.
