As a coach, and a father to a young player and referee, I find it so refreshing and fantastic that the EBA is putting so much time and effort into training our referees for a whole raft of reasons.

- gives our players the best playing experience
- well trained referees give better, clearer instructions to very young players to help them develop and learn the game
- young players who become well trained referees learn the game at a whole other level
- players who learn to referee well, become leaders on the court
- coaches who know the young ref's are getting this sort of time and attention will learn to trust them and encourage them to do better

To the EBA, I for one want to say 'thank you, for investing in our young referees, making them better, making out game better and crafting future leaders.

• 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐫- Support event setup, pack down, and general operations.
