NEW: Strength Lab - Sun 10am 💪
Suitable for students in Int 1 & above. Join .princess for this strength & conditioning class will help you work towards moves like straight leg inverts and Pantera climbs. You will learn targeted drills on and off the pole to help elevate strength & stamina.

NEW: Beginner Static - Fri 7pm 🚀
For students who have completed Int 1 & above. Must be comfortable in inside & outside leg hangs. .its.faye will guide you through building foundational strength, control and technique to unlock dynamic tricks, rotations and tumbles on the static pole. Ragdolls are one of the most requested moves that are focused on in this course!
