You already know exactly who you’re sending this to ā¤ļø

The woman who’s watched the whole s**tshow unfold, received the unhinged al minute long voice notes, talked you off the ledge, hyped you back up and reminded you exactly who you are.

Every woman needs a woman like that.
Tag your Soul Sister. She deserves to know

Grateful for my tribe 🄰

The healing is recognising the pattern & actually managing to respond differently when it comes back around šŸ’„

Because sometimes we think we’ve healed something simply because we understand where it came from.

We know the childhood wound.
We know the attachment pattern.
We understand why the other person behaves the way they do.

But then the same dynamic comes back wearing a different face… or sometimes, the exact same face.

And suddenly we’re back negotiating the boundary we once promised ourselves we would never negotiate again.

This year taught me something huge:

I had confused forgiveness with renewed access.

I had confused compassion with removing consequences.

I thought because I understood somebody’s wounds, I needed to make allowances for the ways those wounds affected me.

I thought because I had forgiven, the door needed to reopen.

It doesn’t.

You can forgive someone and still change their access to you.

You can understand someone’s trauma and still hold them accountable for their behaviour.

You can love someone deeply and still decide that loving them requires distance.

And your boundary doesn’t suddenly become invalid when your anger disappears.

Maybe that’s why patterns repeat.

Not because the universe is punishing us.

But because eventually the same lesson arrives and asks:

šŸ’« Will you abandon yourself again to preserve the connection…

or will you stay connected to yourself this time?

Pattern recognition is awareness.

Pattern interruption is healing.

Ain’t for the faint hearted this s**t šŸ˜‚

We were born into programming.

Conditioning around what success looks like.
What healing should look like.
What we should believe.
What we should fear.
Who we should trust.
Who we should distrust.
What is ā€œnormal.ā€
What is acceptable.
And what parts of ourselves we should suppress in order to belong.

And so much of the world we have inherited is built upon separation.

Left against right.
Man against woman.
Race against race.
Religion against religion.
Human against nature.
Us against them.

Fear makes separation easy.

And when we are disconnected from one another, disconnected from the Earth, disconnected from our bodies and disconnected from our own inner knowing, sovereignty becomes harder to access.

That is why, for me, rebellion isn’t about fighting everything outside of myself.

Rebellion is remembering.

Remembering how to think for myself.

Remembering how to question the programming I inherited.

Remembering that my body carries wisdom.

Remembering my relationship with the Earth.

Remembering community over division.

Remembering love over fear.

Remembering that beneath all of the identities, labels and stories we’ve been given, we belong to one another.

And perhaps that is part of what these medicines can reveal so profoundly — not a new truth, but something ancient that we forgot.

That separation may not be the whole story.

That consciousness is far more mysterious than we have been taught.

That healing can contain laughter.
Play.
Creativity.
Connection.
Awe.
Love.

To me, this is rebellion.

Not rebellion through hatred.
Not rebellion through more division.

Rebellion through consciousness.
Through discernment.
Through sovereignty.
Through remembering who we are beneath the conditioning.

Maybe the New Earth isn’t something that’s coming.

Maybe it’s something we create every time we stop outsourcing our truth, choose love over fear, question what we’ve inherited, and remember our connection to each other and the living Earth.

The revolution is remembrance. šŸŒ¹šŸ„

Blood on my womb. Blood in my mother’s garden.

I am not ashamed of my blood. And I never will be 🩸🩸 I am proud.

I’d just landed back from my ancestral pilgrimage in šŸ‡®šŸ‡Ŗ still carrying the well water šŸ’§ the flame šŸ”„ the knowledge and wisdom of everything I’d walked through over there. And the first thing my body wanted to do (almost 2 weeks early, may I add), the very same day, was bleed into my mother’s garden. An offering to the land, my homeland, & my maternal lineage.

I connected to my womb, to my blood, called in every woman who came before me, surrounded my the ashes of my ancestors.

For too long this blood has been hidden, apologised for, flushed away like it’s shameful instead of sacred. But this blood is the oldest medicine I carry. It is the same blood that carried every woman before me my mother, her mother, and hers back through the line. It knows things I am only just remembering.

So I took it back to where it started. Drew it across my womb space, surrounded by my ancestors’ ashes in my mother’s garden.

Then I gave it to the earth. Fed her what my body no longer needed, and in return she held it, the way she’s held every offering before mine.

This is blood magic. Not a metaphor the actual, ancient practice of using moon blood as offering, as medicine, as a bridge between body and land and lineage. Our grandmothers knew this. Somewhere along the way we forgot, or were taught to forget.

I am remembering.

This blood built me. This blood connects me. This blood is not something to hide it is something to honour. It is sacred 🩸

Life since being home from our big trip & pilgrimage, & finally landing in our home in Bundeena, I don’t think I’ve ever felt this grounded. This regulated. This committed, sure & dedicated to the path.

Living in the forest, footsteps from the beach, surrounded by the elements, tucked away in this quiet, secluded pocket of the world šŸŒ it’s like the land itself has been part of the medicine.

And the land has been speaking, too. Second day here, I found Fred in the back garden — a fox skull, ancestral medicine incarnate. Asked his name, got Fred. Power. Peace. fifth day, walking past my own house by accident, I was stopped by a dead lorikeet. Asked her name, got Penny. Meaning weaver stand for Prosperity. Luck. Both now on the alters ā™„ļø

Never this happy. Connected to myself. Never this deep in trust and surrender.

Home in my body. Home in my mind. Home in my home. šŸ”

I don’t say that lightly, not after the last 18 months of pure & utter chaos. Talk about a medicine women’s initiations & tribulations.
Jheeezzzz

There was a season where I felt like I was living outside myself honestly, disconnected, unmoored as such, folded into something too tight to move in. A cocoon I didn’t exactly choose but couldn’t rush either and I knew that it was all part and parcel of the process. šŸ› > šŸ¦‹

Deaths and rebirths. An ocean crossed to remember who I was before I forgot. And somehow, through the dissolving, I’ve landed here — more connected to myself, my body, my intuition, my path & the elements than I think I’ve ever been.

Every hard year, every hard situation, every hard conversation, every hard car incident šŸ˜† every disappointment, every relapse, ever mistake, every unravelling, every ancestor who ran or fled or was silenced before me it was all part of the same slow emergence.

To my path. My purpose. My mission.

And NOW — I feel ready. Ready for the expansion. Ready to meet it in this body, with this mind, from this home, in a way I never could have before.

Power and peace. Prosperity and luck. Already here, already named, already waiting for me in this new home.

I feel it in my bones and my cells in every part of me, this is huge but I am ready 🪶

Me, Aya, & her dad. 2 people who loved each other once, who created this incredible little human together, & who now have to navigate something SO much more complicated than staying together or walking away completely.

Co-parenting is anything but a clean break. It’s showing up to birthdays & events with the person you used to build a whole future with & feeling the flicker of what was, even though you both know why it couldn’t stay that way. It’s loving someone & knowing, with complete certainty, that you can’t be together. Different values. Different principles. Different paths. Here’s the thing nobody tells you, knowing why it didn’t work doesn’t make it hurt less

It’s missing half of her firsts. Half of her ordinary Tuesdays. Half of the small moments that make up a childhood, because love for our daughter meant choosing 2 homes over 1 house full of tension.

The hardest part of all listening to your daughter ask why mummy & daddy can’t be together & live happily ever after. Watching her not understand why she has to be torn between 2 homes, 2 bedrooms, 2 versions of ā€œnormal.ā€ Holding her while she misses daddy when she’s with me, & knowing she’s missing me the same way when she’s with him. There’s no fixing that ache for her. You just hold it with her, feeling it to over& over, hoping your love is enough. Reminding ourselves her Soul chose us as her parents, for who ever reason her soul needs to move through this and navigate this just like ours 🪶

This isn’t something we deal with once & move past. It’s daily. As is triggering eachother. It’s the next 20 years of our lives, MINIMUM every birthday, every holiday split down the middle. This is the long game now. it’s hard and it’s complicated.

But we keep choosing this. Not because it’s easy it’s not but because Aya deserves two parents who show up for her, together, even when together looks different than we once imagined.

Not a broken family. Not a perfect one either. Just two people, doing something hard, out of love for the one person who matters more than either of our stories.

Pardon my French but FFFFFFF what the FFFF was that?? šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

šŸŒ•šŸ–¤ THE FULL MOON + LUNAR ECLIPSE LEGIT IT WAS A COSMIC RESET BUTTON.

So why did this this one hit different, astronomically speaking…

A full moon is already peak amplification right we know this…. the sun and moon in direct opposition, illuminating everything that’s been hiding in your shadow. But an eclipse? An eclipse is the universe pulling the veil back completely. When the Earth’s shadow moves across the moon, it temporarily blocks the reflective light that usually softens things for us and what’s left is raw, unfiltered truth. Nothing to hide behind. Nothing to bypass - for all my spiritual bypassers šŸ˜† you know who you are ;)

Eclipses sit on the lunar nodes, the mathematical points where your soul’s past (South Node) meets your soul’s becoming (North Node). So when a full moon and an eclipse collide, you’re not just being illuminated… you’re being asked to choose ā¬…ļøā¬…ļø read that line again!

Old identity or emerging one. Comfortable death or conscious rebirth.

That’s why so many of you have been messaging me about highs and lows that feel like emotional whiplash. Sudden clarity followed by unraveling. Feeling like a completely different person than you were even a moon cycle ago. This is not random. This is not ā€œjust a hard week.ā€ This is the eclipse doing exactly what eclipses do cracking open the identity you’ve outgrown so the one you’re becoming has room to breathe, so take a breath you are not alone. ✨

If you are in the middle of a death/rebirth passage right now. if your old identity is dissolving faster than the new one is forming, if you feel raw, disoriented, cracked the F open, too much and not enough all at once — I want you to know: you are not broken. You are being initiated.

This is exactly the terrain I hold space for. I work with people moving through this exact threshold, honoring what’s dying, midwifing what’s being born, helping you integrate the shift so it doesn’t just pass through you, it transforms you.

🪶Enquire if this is your moment. The moon doesn’t do this for no reason. Neither do you.
