From Thursday we are back in full swing at Tonic ✅regular and thorough cleaning (as always!)
✅mindbody bookings required for classes and squash courts (squash courts booking now via appointments tab on Mindbody). ✅no towel - no workout ✅social distancing required at all times ✅ wear a mask if you can not social distance ✅sanitation stations in every room ✅if you’re unwell do not attend Tonic.

We’re so lucky that Tonic is a massive 1,700 square metre facility.. occupied by the best fitness community you’ll find. Group fitness, squash, gym. It doesn’t get much better than this.

To our amazing Tonic community.
Firstly, we are so grateful for your ongoing support.
The last few months of business have been our best yet, our community, staff and members are truly amazing.
Due to government regulations, we will be closing our doors from 8pm today Friday 12th February and reopening Thursday 18th of February at 6am.
What we know is with a community like ours, our comeback will be bigger and better than ever.

Stay motivated and healthy, look after your physical and mental health over this short lockdown. We can’t wait to see you all back in the gym on Thursday. 💪🏼
