DORRIGO JUNIOR RANGERS – PRESENTATION DAY
The Dorrigo Junior Rangers wrapped up their season in true community style yesterday, celebrating Presentation Day under a blazing hot afternoon sun that didn’t slow the kids down one bit.
Families gathered at the Rec Ground for a lunch of hot dogs, watermelon and cake, keeping everyone fuelled as the day rolled on. Laughter carried across the field as the juniors took part in the much anticipated colour run, easily the highlight of the day. Clouds of bright colour burst through the air as players sprinted, dodged, and danced their way through the course.
Coaches didn’t miss their chance to join the fun, helping with the colour run and later heading over to the water slide where Brodie and Hunter became instant crowd favourites. The pair kept the kids entertained, giving them a helping hand down the slide.
