Manningham United FC is inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified and passionate coaches to join our Miniroos Program (Under 8s – Under 12s) for the 2027 Season.

Our Vision
Our North Star is to be a club that produces NPL and professional footballers who credit Manningham as the place their development was shaped. Our Miniroos Program is the foundation of that journey — where love for the game is built, fundamentals are developed, and young players are set up for long-term success.

Available Positions
Head Coach (U8s – U12s) — We are seeking enthusiastic Head Coaches who hold a minimum Foundation of Football Licence, with a C Licence preferred. Candidates should bring energy, patience, and a genuine passion for developing young players in a fun, structured, and player-centred environment.

Assistant Coach (U8s – U12s) — We are seeking supportive Assistant Coaches who hold a minimum Foundation of Football Licence. Candidates should be committed to creating positive experiences for young players and ready to contribute to a collaborative coaching environment.

How We Develop Our Coaches

Every coach works closely with our Technical Director, who is actively invested in your growth. Support includes regular one-on-one sessions, coach education across the program, and structured feedback.
Coaches are expected to attend weekly coaches meetings and maintain age-appropriate Individual Development Plans for their players.

Manningham United Football Club is excited to announce we are now accepting Expressions of Interest for our Miniroos Program (Under 8s – Under 12s) for the 2027 Season.

We are searching for enthusiastic young players who love the game and are eager to develop their skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.

Our Club Culture

Our Football Program
Our Miniroos program is where the Manningham journey begins. Led by our Technical Director and dedicated Coaching Staff, we provide age-appropriate training focused on fun, fundamentals, and a genuine love for the game. Every player is given the platform to develop at their own pace within a clear, club-wide pathway that runs all the way through to senior football.

Expression of Interest — Miniroos U8s–U12s (2027)
Trials will be held Mid-September 2026. Times and locations will be confirmed closer to the date.

Manningham United is inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified and passionate coaches to join our VYPL Division 1 Program for the 2027 Season.

Our Vision
Our North Star is simple: to be a club that produces NPL and professional footballers who credit Manningham as the place their development was shaped. This program runs from Under 6s through to Under 18s and into senior football — built on a consistent game model and a genuine pathway for both players and coaches.

Available Positions

Head Coach — We are seeking experienced Head Coaches who hold a completed AFC/FFA B Licence, or are actively working towards one. Candidates should bring strong leadership, tactical knowledge, and a genuine commitment to developing players within a high-performing, player-centred environment.

Assistant Coach — We are seeking motivated Assistant Coaches who hold a minimum AFC/FFA C Licence. Candidates should be committed to player development, open to feedback, and ready to contribute to a structured, professional coaching environment.

How We Develop Our Coaches
Every coach works closely with our Technical Director, who is actively invested in your growth. Support includes regular one-on-one sessions, coach education across the program, and honest structured feedback. In return, coaches are expected to submit weekly pre/post-game reports, conduct player assessments, maintain Individual Development Plans, and attend weekly coaches meetings.
