Client Spotlight 🔦

This is Dale. Over the last 4.5 months Dale has been working towards the goal of returning to his previous ironman weight which was 87kgs. Not only have we achieved that but he has exceeded it!

In 4.5 months, Dale completed a successful weight loss phase where he lost over 18kgs! Not only that but he is stronger than ever and smashing PBs each week.

What a huge effort mate, you have worked so hard for this. Very proud of you!! 👏🤝❤️

What I eat in a day as a PT in a calorie deficit.

My protein in this example was definitely excessive, but that’s what can happen when you aren’t properly prepared.

Ideally I would have had more carbs and less protein on this day

Client Spotlight 🔦

This is Jacqui. Jacqui started coaching in December and is now officially 15kg down!! She’s weighing the lowest she has in a very long time, feeling better, moving better, and you can see the difference already!

She is so consistent with her eating and training so it is no wonder all her hard work is paying off. Well done Jacqui, 15kg down is a massive effort. Super proud of you! 💜

So proud of this guy!!!!

In May 2024, Griff did his first PT session with me.

Now, two years later, he’s just been drafted to North Melbourne.

Ollie is genuinely one of the hardest workers I have ever trained. I remember one night I had programmed an interval run for him, but he didn’t get the chance to do it during the day. So at 9pm, in the dark, we went down to the track and he got it done.

That pretty much sums him up and the work he has put in to get here.

Well done Griff, it’s is amazing to see how far you have come. You were a pleasure to train and I can’t wait to see what you can do on the big stage!

Here is what I would eat if my Protein goal was 150g with a Calorie goal of 1500 cals.

Remember, you would only eat this low amount of calories if your maintenance calories (the average number of calories you burn each day) is at around 2,000 cals.

If you are just getting started in a calorie deficit, I would recommend NOT going lower than 500cals/day DEFICIT to begin with.

Client Spotlight 🔦

This is Billie! Billie is just about to hit 30kg of total weight loss, and the transformation has been insane.

She is a mum of two, works an incredibly demanding job as a lawyer, and still made the decision to start prioritising her health and fitness.

Through busy weeks, work stress, mum life, and all the other challenges, Billie continued to put in the work.

Billie, I am very proud! Nearly 30kg down, and still going. It just goes to show the results you can achieve when you prioritise yourself, as well as everything else!
