Our signature class and the heart of our studio, the Beginners Class is a powerful, structured practice designed for all levels. This 90-minute class follows a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room with an average temperature of around 40°C and 40% humidity.
It’s a therapeutic, healing system that targets every major muscle group, ligament, tendon, organ, and gland—stimulating, detoxifying, and realigning the entire body. Regular practice helps restore range of motion, improve strength and balance, and promote the proper functioning of internal systems.
