Our Yoga Drills class is a dynamic, strength- and mobility-focused session designed to support your progress—wherever you are in your practice. Through purposeful movements and targeted exercises, you’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and develop the control, mobility, and body awareness needed for deeper postures.

Big smiles and even bigger effort today 💛 Inspired by our last post, celebrating yoga at every age, our wonderful regular Diana brought her two girls (ages 6 & 8) to try a full 90-minute class! They took breaks when needed, but showed amazing focus, effort, and curiosity on the mat. So proud of these little yogis—and one very happy mama 🌈🔥 Yoga families are the best 🥰

At Bikram Yoga Canberra, we offer authentic 90-minute Bikram Method hot yoga classes—a therapeutic and systematic Hatha yoga sequence designed to relieve chronic pain, restore balance, and enhance physical vitality, mental resilience, and emotional stability.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, our welcoming community is here to support your journey of healing and transformation.

Our signature class and the heart of our studio, the Beginners Class is a powerful, structured practice designed for all levels. This 90-minute class follows a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room with an average temperature of around 40°C and 40% humidity.

It’s a therapeutic, healing system that targets every major muscle group, ligament, tendon, organ, and gland—stimulating, detoxifying, and realigning the entire body. Regular practice helps restore range of motion, improve strength and balance, and promote the proper functioning of internal systems. Many find relief from chronic pain and disease through this method. More than just physical exercise, Bikram Yoga supports mental clarity, emotional stability, and a deep sense of overall well-being. It’s a golden prescription for health, vitality, and preventative care.
