You do not need to do this alone. ADHD support often works best as a team effort — with professionals, family, schools, and practical coaching strategies all playing a part.

I don’t diagnose ADHD. I help people understand themselves, build tools, and create lives that feel more manageable and more joyful.

Whether diagnosed, self-identified, or just curious — support is allowed. 💛

Studying with ADHD isn’t about “trying harder.”
It’s about using strategies that work with your brain, not against it. 🧠✨

Many teens are told they’re lazy, distracted or not applying themselves… when really they just need different tools.

Short bursts. Movement. Tiny starts. Rewards. Less phone temptation. Clear systems.

If you, your teen or someone you know struggles to start, stay focused, or finish schoolwork — they’re not broken. They may just need support that makes sense.

Save this for later 📌
Send it to a teen who needs to hear this today 💛

My mind sometimes needs calm. The busyness of life, the day, the hour, my mind is a buzz!! In Covid I started painting. I had never done it before and had no talent in it. But what I realised through finding my new “hyper focus” was a flow that allowed me to still my mind and clock off from whatever I was overthinking. It wasn’t about perfection, end product or skill. It was about calm, flow and joy. Have you got a hobby? Does your hyper focus bring you joy? What helps your brain to calm? Let me know! These are off to the Deniliquin Easter Art Show. Who knows how they’ll go but to paint them brought me joy.

Self-acceptance with ADHD isn’t about loving every part of it.
And it’s not about pretending it’s easy.💛

Here are 5 gentle shifts that can support self-acceptance over time.
Not fixes.
Not rules.
Just softer ways to understand your brain and reduce shame.
Take what helps.
Leave what doesn’t.
There’s no right way to do this.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. You might like to save this for later, or share it with someone who needs a gentler reminder today.

You’re not broken.
You’re human. 💫
