Meet Hope🩷
Hope has been apart of our studio community for quite a few months now coming every week for her 1:1 class! Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis movement can be tricky and sometimes feel challenging but through Pilates she has been building strength, improving her mobility and moving with more confidence in her body✨

If you can’t find a time you are after in your selected class, please fill out the enquiry form on the home page and we can see what we can do!

For existing clients if you are wanting to book extra classes online please let me know and I can get you signed up on the client portal to book extra classes

*please note that because we are a small business if you have booked a 2:1 or 3:1 class and it is only you enrolled you will be charged the 1:1 fee. To avoid this happening please try to book in groups with friends or family!

Officially Launching our Website🩷
This has been in the works for quite a few weeks now and we are so happy with how it turned out!

In the coming months when we work out exactly how the back end works all our clients will have access to:
- Their own login to our client portal
- The ability to book and move classes online
- Track what days the have attended and what classes they have booked coming up

But for now enjoy the website part of this new upgrade! Let us know what you think!
