This page was originally set up in support of my participation in the 10km event at Gold Coast Marathon in July 2016. I raised over $1,000 for beyondblue and ran 10km for everyone affected by mental illness. I have since ran three half marathons, two full marathons and have also done a lot of crazy ass sh*t thst involved a lot of spin. My favourite little spin studio closed down in July 2020 and I have struggled to find my way ever since. But I have decided to go back to basics ... running ... and literally try and find my feet again! οΏ½

Great way to kick start the weekend (and shake off a bit of a hangover from an awesome work Chrissy party last night πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ).

Cycle with the amazing Angela Winlaw at Therapy Fitness πŸš΄πŸ’¦.

I admit I couldn't quite keep up and felt a little disappointed in myself, but the positive affirmations and the message on the mirror kept me believing. I've done it before and I can do it again πŸ₯Š.
