One of Miss Kelli’s Lead Up to Nationals challenges this week was to get your family involved… and our Paradise Physie families absolutely delivered. 😂

Thank you to everyone who joined in, had a go and shared the fun with us. We’ve had such a good giggle watching these!

And today we kick off WEEK 3 💪

Your new Nationals Prep challenges are up and ready to go — technique, strength, stretch and everything you need to keep moving, improving and staying engaged in the lead up to Nationals.

Keep them coming, girls. We love seeing you all getting involved! 💙

This morning, Miss Amber represented Paradise Physie at an incredible Shoalhaven business networking breakfast hosted by BNI Coastlink at The Butter Factory.

With more than 100 local business people in the room, it was wonderful to see so many members of our Shoalhaven community coming together, connecting and supporting one another.

And of course, Miss Amber got up and proudly told everyone about Paradise Physie and what our little club is all about, inviting their kids, sisters, mums and families to come along and become part of our Paradise family. 💚

Well done, Miss Amber! We are so proud to have you representing Paradise, both inside the Physie hall and out in our wider community.

A very special thank you to Angie from EHD Concrete Sleepers for inviting and hosting Paradise Physie this morning. We really appreciate you thinking of us and giving our club the opportunity to be part of such a fantastic local event.

And thank you to BNI Coastlink for welcoming us and for bringing together so many wonderful Shoalhaven businesses.

Small local clubs and small local businesses have something pretty special in common — community, relationships and people supporting people.

The countdown is on to Nationals and the Paradise team is working hard to get there!

Our girls will be participating in a 10 week program to improve strength, stretching and endurance.

Our sticker chart will be our tracker on all the girls progress on the road to nationals. Consistency is key, let’s all stay committed, work hard and make these 10 weeks count 💚⭐️🏆

🌟 THE ROAD TO NATIONALS 2026 WITH MISS KELLI AND BLAYKE🌟 Task 1…. GOAL SETTING 💚

And our first goal is officially in… and we absolutely LOVE it! 💚

Miss Kellianne has put together an amazing Road to Nationals 2026 program for our Paradise students, designed to encourage practice, personal progress, confidence and goal setting as we work towards the biggest part of our Physie year.

Week One: SET YOUR GOAL and COMPLETE YOUR EXERCISES ⭐️

And six year old Blayke certainly didn’t waste any time!

We were absolutely delighted to receive the cutest video from Blayke last night announcing her goal for 2026…

Now THAT is a goal! 👏🏻💚

Blayke, we can’t wait to watch you work towards it. Keep practising, keep listening, keep improving and most importantly, keep believing you can do it.

A huge thank you to Miss Kellianne for all the thought, time and hard work she has put into creating such an engaging program for our students. It’s going to be so beneficial as we encourage every Paradise girl to set their own goals and recognise their progress along the way.

Congratulations to all our Paradise girls for all of your outstanding performances yesterday at North Sydney Physie Interclub. What a great day it was together.
