Last night we bid farewell (for now) to Yoshi Yoshiyuki Matsushima after a year of training with us! Yoshi is returning home to Japan after a year assignment working in Australia.
It’s been an absolute pleasure having you with us, it’s like you’ve always been there! Thank you for the past year, we’ll miss you!
Your enthusiasm towards training is infectious and I’ve seen how much you’ve inspired everyone at the dojo!
You’ll always have a home here, and we look forward to catching up with you in Japan! 🥋👍💪🙌🇯🇵🇦🇺

Couldn’t be more proud of the hard work, dedication and effort put in by all! It is reflected in the 1% improvements we see every week!

POV: When one door closes…create another door and walk through it! A throw back to the grand opening of our full time dojo 1 year ago!!

2 years ago we received the news that the PCYC (where we were based) was sold and going to be closed. So we took the plunge and decided to go all in on the dojo and get a space to call our own, and we’re loving it!

What started as small group training once a week has grown into an incredible community of students, family and friends! 🥋🙌

Big thanks to everyone past and present who has been a part of this journey so far! Onwards and upwards! Oss!
