ITS TIME TO SAY GOODBYE 👋

Shaun and I will be finishing up our coaching roles and memberships, and while we're excited for the next steps, it's difficult to say goodbye to the amazing community we've been lucky enough to be a part of for the past 7 years 😢

We've had so many incredible memories together – from the fun challenge parties to the Christmas dress-ups, the games that brought out our competitive spirits, and of course, the banter (mainly Shauns😂) that kept us all laughing through those demo's and tough workouts. But above all, it's the encouragement, motivation, and camaraderie that we will miss the most. Every high-five, every shout of support, and every shared moment of triumph has made this experience unforgettable.

Thank you for making F45 Cranbourne feel like more than just a gym – it’s been a second family for us, and we'll carry those memories with us always. Keep pushing each other, keep supporting each other, and keep having fun. We’re going to miss you all more than words can say.

This Thursday we sadly say goodbye to coach Maddie as she is moving to sunny Queensland 😢

Although we are very excited for her and wish her all the vest on her new adventure, we are equally upset we will no longer be seeing her around the studio.

Make sure to book your classes in these next couole of days so you can say goodbye!

Last week we were privileged to have Jane Erbacher come spend the morning with the team from F45 Cranbourne and F45 Mornington!
Jane educated us on the most current and up to date erg knowledge and showed us how to get the most out of the bikes, ski's and rower when they are programmed into our classes.
We are ready to pass our knowledge onto our members so they can get the most out of ergs too!
A big thanks to Jane for such a fun and interactive workshop, we cant wait to have to back in the studio again soon!!
