REGISTRATION FOR 2023 SEASON!!

Welcome back Students and Parents!

We hope you have had a restful break and are ready for a great year!

The Somerville House Netball Club (SHNC) supports the Somerville Netball program with teams competing in the Metropolitan District Netball Association’s (MDNA) Saturday competition.

SHNC 2023 Information:
Divisions:
NetSetGo: 7-10yrs (born 2013-2016)
Juniors: 11-12yrs (born 2011-2012)
Intermediates (Inters): 13-14yrs (born 2009-2010)
Cadets: 15-17yrs (born 2006-2008)
Opens: 18yrs and over (born 2005 or before)

Competition Details:
Where: MDNA – Wembley Park, Cnr Burke & Robinson St, Cooparoo
When:
Regular rounds: 22nd April to 19th August
Finals: 22nd August to 9th September

Training Details:
Where: MDNA – Wembley Park, Cnr Burke & Robinson St, Cooparoo
When: Thursday afternoons from 9th March until the season is over in late August.
7-11yrs: 4-5pm
12-14yrs: 5-6pm
15-Open: 6-7pm

Grading:
All girls 10yrs and older must grade. Grading is used to place the girls in suitable teams. Please note, all players must be registered to grade (for insurance purposes).
When: Each age group will grade for 1.5hrs. Times will be sent in due course.

Where: Somerville House Gym – next to the pool

SHNC is ready for netball in 2022 !!
We are here to support the Andrews Cup and QGSSSA competitions by providing the girls with an opportunity to play together for a longer season.
This coming season our emphasis is on providing quality coaching and lots of opportunities to learn new skills but most of all having FUN!!!
