Have a wonderful Easter, hope to see you all next week to dance/moove off those Easter Eggs at both Anytime Fitness Cooroy on Tuesday and Cooroy Memorial Hall on Thursday.

I’ve been getting over a strain of flu virus that is doing the rounds so have been taking it easy, no weights, no body weight exercises or dancing. I have managed a couple of walks but boy do I miss my active lifestyle - so cannot wait to get back into it with you all.
