A Gold class is suitable for absolute beginners, coming back into exercise after an injury or if you have entered your second childhood and just want fun!! Used to something a bit more intensive …. You can up the intensity yourself and still get a good workout.

Last weekend: ZumbaFest in Brisbane. Thank you to Cathy for the Choreography (both Cooroy classes enjoyed it leading up to the event!).

My big black van got a workout driving 8 lovely ladies to the venue!

The SunshineCoast was well represented by local Zumba instructors.

It was so successful they’re doing it again next year! So come on Cooroy let’s represent our town in full. Thank you to Lyn, Val and Christine for cross promoting Cooroy and Pomona. You’re awesome!! 🙌
