This gym has been more than just a business to us — it’s been part of our family’s life.
Watching it grow, seeing our kids grow up in it, and building something in this community has meant everything.
From where we started… to where we are now.
So many memories, so much growth — not just the gym, but the people in it.

🚨New Equipment Just Arrived!

We’ve just added two new machines to the floor at Fit 4 All Coonabarabran:

🔥 Seated Calf Raise – no more skipping calves!
🔥 Chest Supported Seated Iso Row – great for building back strength with proper support.

They’re ready to go, so next time you’re in the gym make sure you give them a try 💪
