🏉 Milestone Game Update: Sunday 21 June

Due to an AFLQ fixture reschedule, our previously advertised Milestone Match recognising six of our Under 15 boys has been moved from Coomera and will now be played at Broadbeach.

While this change is disappointing, we will still be celebrating and acknowledging our 50-game milestone players at the Broadbeach match this Sunday.

Our 100-game milestone recognitions will now be postponed until the team returns home to take on Robina on 26 July, where we can properly celebrate these outstanding achievements in front of our home crowd.

If you're available, we invite all players, families, supporters, and club members to join us in recognising these fantastic milestones and celebrating the dedication and commitment of our young footballers.

ROUND 7 & 9 COMPLETED!🖤🤍

Here are the results from last weekend’s matches along with our award winners!

A tough contest for our Under 11 boys, but they showed great resilience, kept their heads high and fought hard right until the final siren. Our Under 13 boys put in a strong effort but couldn’t quite get the result this time. A shoutout to our Under 15s who gave the Tigers a real challenge, got points on the board and came away with the win!

The Magpies community is incredibly proud of every player’s effort, teamwork and determination across the weekend. Congratulations to all of our award winners your hard work and commitment continue to shine.

A big thank you as well to everyone who came down to support our teams and contribute to our MND fundraiser event. Your support, both on and off the field, means so much to our club and helps make our community so special. 🖤🤍

This weekend’s fixtures are shaping up to be a fantastic one!

Kicking off on Friday night, we’ve got plenty of footy action to get the weekend started. Come down and support our teams as they take the field.

With a huge weekend ahead, including our MND Round on Saturday, there’s plenty happening both on and off the field. It’s set to be a fun-filled few days of football, community spirit, and supporting a great cause.

We can’t wait to see everyone there. Let’s get around each other and make it another great weekend for the Magpies!

The final Big Freeze 4 leaderboard is in and the list is officially locked. You can still donate, but this is how we’re lining up heading into Saturday, and it is looking very healthy.

Thank you to everyone who has chipped in so far, and you can still grab merch on Saturday to keep the support rolling.

A big shoutout to GC Ice Sales for keeping us stocked and helping us keep the ice cold enough to make our plungees question their life choices.

Great weekend of footy!

While we didn’t come away with a win in our U13s boys, remember you’re playing at the highest level possible. Keep your heads held high, you’re competing against the best kids in your age group and doing the club proud every time you step out on the field.

A big congratulations to our Under 15s boys on a fantastic win! Your effort and commitment are showing day in and day out at training and on game day. Keep doing what you’re doing ,it’s paying off!

Congratulations to all of our award winners, very well deserved! A special shoutout again to our Under 15s boys who celebrated their milestone games over the weekend. A huge achievement, well done, lads!

The Big Freeze 4 leaderboard has seen some huge changes and we’ve now reached almost $6000 in donations. The support across the club has been unreal.

A massive shoutout to the crew who have now contributed over $450 towards Bailey Clark, officially launching him straight to the top of the standings. The Rowdy Ranch messages of support have been flowing too, and they cannot wait to see him freeze.

With the tally climbing and plungees locking in fast, now is the time to get your nominations sorted. Nominations need to be in before midnight Monday if you want to guarantee a spot in the dunk schedule. We will still gladly take nominations after that, but we cannot promise we can squeeze every brave soul into the plunge order.

If you want to see your mate, coach, teammate or family member dropped into a tub of ice, now is the moment. A few dollars and a cheeky message of support might be all it takes to send them plunging. The colder the ice, the more entertaining it is for the rest of us staying dry.
