I’m choosing to let you see me in the in-between.
Not on a stage, not holding space for a full room, but on my deck, hair messy, neck tight, heart full and tired at the same time.

These last months have been rich with events, collaborations, and supporting others I love. And somewhere in the middle of saying 'yes' to so many beautiful things, I noticed I wasn’t saying 'yes' to my own body enough. My calendar was full, but my cup wasn’t. My neck started speaking for me before my voice did.

So this is my experiment.
One song. Three minutes. Every day.
A practice of coming back into my body, shaking out other people’s stories, and remembering what is actually mine.

I’m not dancing because I feel 'ready'.
I’m dancing because I refuse to wait until everything is perfect to be seen.
This is part of rebuilding my life, my work, my personal brand ~ from the inside out, through movement, honesty, and devotion to my own nervous system.

If you’re also the one who holds space, who supports, who "has it together" for everyone else.. this is your reminder: your body is calling you home too.
