And… that’s a wrap on our very first FREE Park 2 Park Pilates session in Coldstream!🍃

I wanted to say a big thank you to all those who attended, it was so wonderful to meet you and see some familiar faces too 🧘‍♀️!

I just managed to sneak in a piccy 📸 with our coffees thanks to , my crew know how bad I am at getting pics it’s always last on my mind because I’m so focused on ensuing you have an epic session! 💜

I hoped Park 2 Park Pilates would be a fabulous way to combine, movement, sunshine ☀️, different locations coffee and chats and today’s session was all of that!

Appreciate each one of you and look forward to seeing you on the mat 🧘‍♀️ next time!

Happy Father’s Day to my extraordinary Daddy!

He’s always been and continues to be my hero 🦸!

So smart 🤓 and literally the best at everything he does except 🐴 riding he’s not good at that 🙊🤣!

Thank you for proofreading my assignments, for passing on your love of Fleetwood Mac, giving me my non girlie but very speedy legs 🦵🏻, supporting my entrepreneurial ventures, hitting many squash and tennis 🎾 balls, being the only Dad who came to school sports days, fun London 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 visits, teaching me to ski 🎿, bike 🚲 rides and for giving us an exceptionally privalleged childhood full of fun, adventure, history, surf, sand and wonderful memories!
