TECHNIQUE TUESDAY 💥

Today we’re breaking down the Chest Press! Featured heavily throughout our Fridays in Block H.

Our main focus? Keeping the elbows at around a 45° angle, so they track towards the corners of the room rather than flaring out wide.

This position helps keep the shoulders in a stronger, more supported position and reduces unnecessary stress through the joint. 💪

Think elbows 45°, chest proud, and controlled reps. 🔥

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🙌

This month we’re celebrating one of our absolute OGs - Gabby King.

Gabby’s been quietly smashing it in the corner of the studio for the last year and a half, and honestly, her consistency speaks for itself. She shows up, puts in 100%, and keeps pushing herself session after session - no shortcuts, no excuses.

Her form is always on point, and she’s living proof that focus + dedication = results. Fast.

Gabby also hit a whopping 300 classes today - absolute queen! 🤴

It’s Technique Tuesday! 👀

Today we’re honing in on the split squat — a movement that features heavily throughout Block H.

A few key things to focus on:

• Keep an upright spine throughout the movement.
• Bend through both knees, aiming for a 90/90 position at the bottom.
• Stay controlled and intentional with every rep.

It might look simple, but there’s plenty to think about when it comes to your setup, stability and control. So let’s break it down and make every rep count. 💪
