My body responds best when I stay predictable. Now this is hard for me - I’m a flitterer. I like to flit. Here, there, be creative, do what I want, add a bit of spice to my life here, change things up there.. and that feels good! But in this game where there’s a certain goal with a definite timeline, predictability is required to be able to get results. Because predictability is consistency. It helps everything from your brain, your digestion, your nervous system. Boring, I know - I freaking KNOW! But, it’s the only way if you’re actually keen on achieving the goal.
