Well, I’m home and finally settled back into reality after two massive weeks and three huge race meetings over in Perth.

Heading over, I didn’t put a lot of pressure on myself or expect anything crazy—but I can honestly say I exceeded the expectations I did have, and I’m so proud of what we achieved.

AUSTRALIAN TITLE

Night 1:
Heat 1: 11th ➡️ 5th
Heat 2: 4th ➡️ 5th
Prelim: Started mid-pack ➡️ 11th
Points after Night 1: 34th out of 74 cars — just outside the invert.

Night 2:
Heat: 5th ➡️ 5th
B Main: 6th ➡️ 2nd (fastest lap of the race – 18.241 🔥)
A Main: 23rd ➡️ DNF – caught up in a lap 2 incident on the front straight, with the right nerf bar stuck under the car.

DES NASH MEMORIAL

Qualifying: 4th quick out of 10
Heat 1: 1st ➡️ 7th (sent rear after being deemed the cause of a crash)
B Main: 4th ➡️ 3rd
A Main: 23rd ➡️ 17th

WA TITLE

Night 1:
Heat 1: 4th ➡️ 3rd
Heat 2: 9th ➡️ 7th
Prelim: 10th ➡️ 6th
Points after Night 1: 23rd out of 67 cars — putting us into the invert.

Night 2:
Heat: 1st ➡️ 2nd
B Main: 1st ➡️ 4th
A Main: 27th ➡️ 20th

Overall, I’m so happy with these results—and honestly stoked to have made the A Main every single time. That’s something I’m really proud of.

This whole trip wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support from my family, friends, and sponsors—whether you’ve backed me all season or jumped on board to help get us to Perth.

Chris — thank you for making the massive drive over and back with the race car. You only got one night of racing in out of five because you were working, and that doesn’t go unnoticed. I appreciate everything you did to get me there and home.

Mama — thank you for coming over and helping make the trip happen. Having you there in Perth meant everything. You helped so much with Kinsley and made race nights that little bit easier.

Mum & Dad — thank you for always supporting me and everything you do at the track.

Blake & Zac — thank you for getting the car to the track every night. Learning to tow on the Kwinana Freeway wasn’t on my list 😂

Bailey — thanks for all your help with the car across the week.

Ebony & Tahlee — thank you for helping with Kinsley, taking her on adventures and loving her like your own. I’m so grateful you were there.

Skye — thank you for making sure I actually ate! Anyone who knows me knows I don’t eat while racing 😂

Uncle Garry & Aunty Cath — thank you for opening your home to us, giving us a place to stay, and somewhere to work on the cars. Kinsley absolutely loved the animals—she’s still asking about Brizzy, Barry, and keeps telling me “Roger stuck!” 😂

Kate & Jason — thank you for lending us the bike to get around the Motorplex, and for the time Kinsley got to spend with Hendo and Donny. Those memories will last forever.

And finally, a massive thank you to all my sponsors:

Ash from Static Powders — a long-term supporter who went above and beyond again with fuel vouchers to help get us there.

Blake Scarey — too many businesses to list 😂 but always backing me. Really enjoyed racing alongside you as well!

Lauren from Headroom — thank you so much for jumping on board and helping make this trip happen.

Ian & Ian from Earthconnect and IQ Mechanical — your support means everything. Thank you for helping me live out this dream.

Matty & Ewen Fellows from Mandurah Flooring — thank you for the support and encouragement all week. Loved racing alongside you guys!

Stacey & Dane from G&C Forestry — thank you for your support, it means a lot.

Uncle Trev — thank you so much for backing me as well. Now and Always

Peter Harvey — thank you for supplying fuel while we were in Perth!

And to all my season partners:
Mick, Bree, Archer & Ineka – Yarra Valley Towing
Mark & Carol – Mark Benton Farm Machinery
Julie & Peter – Chemblast
Geoff Cook – Tyre Factory Warrnambool
Chris – South West Signage

Your support never goes unnoticed.

To everyone who helped make this trip happen—and everyone who supports me week in, week out—thank you. I hope I’ve made you proud.

Well a milestone day for myself, today marks 10 years since my first race day in a wingless!

At 26 years old this is massive to me, as there are so many events completed and kilometres travelled in this 10 years, along with some of the best friendships formed!

In those 10 years we have managed to rave in almost every state in Australia only not having a race in QLD, and also have only missed 2 Australian titles in that time also due to having Kinsley!

Let’s see where the next 10 years takes me!

Race day on a Wednesday?!? Won’t complain about that!

Tonight we honour the Owtlaw Des Nash in wingless’ most expensive race to win in Aus!

A full wrap of the Aussie title, tonight and the WA title to come will be done at the end of the trip!

Massive thank you to ever one who’s made this possible!

I don’t usually put posts like this up, but I’m chasing a bit of support to make something pretty special happen.

I’m planning to head over to Perth to compete in the Australian Title for Wingless Sprintcars — something I’ve worked towards over the past season. I’ve consistently raced at a competitive level and am proud to represent my team and hometown every time I hit the track.

With fuel prices the way they are, I’m currently looking for a fuel sponsor (or a few businesses) to help make this trip possible. Without that support, I unfortunately may not be able to go.

This isn’t just a trip — it’s an opportunity to compete on a national stage and be part of one of the biggest events in our sport.

In return for your support, I can offer:
• Your business logo on the car
• Promotion across my social media
• Mentions and exposure throughout the Australian Title campaign

If you or someone you know might be interested in jumping on board, I’d love to have a chat.

Even a share of this post could make a huge difference 🤍

☀️ 2026 Summer Slam – Race Recap ☀️

A tough three-round Summer Slam with good speed, some strong moments, and a few things not falling our way.

Rd 1 – Simpson
Heat 1: Started 11th and worked up to 4th before a late yellow. Picked up a motor issue which caused it to stumble and finished 8th.
Heat 2: Started 2nd, finished 3rd. Ran the wall, threw some sliders, and had some fun.
B Main: Started 5th after narrowly missing feature points. Running 4th and closing on 3rd when the yellow came out with 3 to go. Race was declared, only 3 transferred — just missed out.

Rd 2 – Laang
Heat 1: Started 11th and charged to 5th before a late caution. Sent back two spots for an infield pass and finished 7th.
Heat 2: Started 2nd and got the win — felt really good.
Feature: Started 14th. After multiple restarts, my belts came undone during roll-around laps, forcing a stop to fix a safety issue. Due to a miscommunication, I had to restart rear in 18th. Had some good battles, got spun later, went rear again, and finished 15th.

Rd 3 – Warrnambool
One of those nights where nothing quite clicked.
Heat 1: Started 4th, finished 8th.
Heat 2: Started 9th, finished 7th.
B Main: Started 14th, finished 9th/10th.

Still an overall result of 17th out of 60+ cars!

Summer Slam done and dusted — now looking ahead to Avalon Speedway this weekend for the next round of the VWS Super Series 💪

Huge thanks to everyone who helped out over the weekend, especially those who looked after Kinsley at the track — without that support, neither Chris nor I would be racing.

Massive thanks to our sponsors for getting us to the track every weekend:

• The Tyre Factory Warrnambool
• Mark Benton Farm Machinery Repairs
• Logical Property Services
• Horsham Off Road
• Chemblast Industrial Coatings
• Yarra Valley Towing Pty Ltd
• Carman’s Windscreens
• SRT Sansom Race Tune
• Static Powders

Avalon 50 Lapper Recap – Season Opener 🏁

The first night of the season is complete, and it felt great to be back in the car. This year we hit the track with a new car that Dad, Mum, Blake and I built over the off-season, as well as a new motor after damaging one at the end of last season.

Results:
• Heat 1 – 6th
• Heat 2 – 5th
We were set to start in B Main 1 (starting out of 3), however, the rain unfortunately rolled in and brought the night to an early end.

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support and help us week in and week out — your efforts never go unnoticed and are always appreciated.

A special mention to Ebony and Tahlee for taking care of Kinsley so that Chris and I can continue to live out our racing dreams on the weekends.

Our focus now turns to the next event — hopefully the Avalon Invitational on the 25th, pending selection.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank our valued sponsors for their continued support this season:

• Yarra Valley Towing Pty Ltd
• Mark Benton Farm Machinery Repairs
• Chemblast Industrial Coatings
• Static Powders
• Southwest Signage
• The Tyre Factory Warrnambool
• Logical Property Services
• Horsham Off Road
• SRT Sansom Race Tune
