5 hour Krav Maga seminar. Today we covered a huge range of topics and skills and put our students to the test both physically and mentally. An awesome job done by all. A massive congratulations goes out to Skyela and Satheesh for achieving their Brown rank and to Shiv for achieving his Green rank. A special shout out to the crew from and their Instructor Amanda Thomas who I was fortunate enough to work with today. Their skills were outstanding.

Post public holidays circuit work. Great turn out in all 3 of our classes tonight… I guess they missed us yesterday. We had Wayne Bubb pay us a visit tonight and work with a lot of our students. Wayne has always been a mentor of mine and I love seeing him pass on his vast array of martial arts knowledge to our students.

Great turnout at the BJMA state training day in Shepparton. This training day was a little different to the norm, as we based all our training around pre framing the scenario, so our students could react based on their level and personal tolerance to each situation. We also had Natasha and Fifi from SMAC gym as guest instructors who took us through some great knife and hand gun drills. Cassandra and I are super proud of the students that attended and the high intensity that they displayed over the day.

Always up for the adventure. Traveling far and wide to upskill every chance we can get. Last weekend it was off to Perth for the Urban Tactics & Combat Course, training under Krav Master Instructor Steve Furmage and his amazing team. Covered a heap of content and had a heap of fun. Just another one of the amazing opportunities you can have by being a part of the community.
