We would like to take this opportunity to remind families of some rules and important information that you will need to know during the season. All the seasons information you will require will be available as follows:
-Stack Team App
-Facebook
-Website
-Instagram
-Club Managers/Club
-Purple Book
Please see previous posts relating to seating, parking, programs etc
SIGNING ON PARENT HELPERS/KEY OFFICIALS
The site roster is located under the veranda behind the announcer’s table. To reduce starting delays and to increase your chances of signing onto your site of choice, Officials and Assistants are required to sign on at least 15 minutes before the official start time.
ATHLETE SIGN ON SHEETS
These will be located on the tables outside the clubrooms – all athletes are to tick off their names as they arrive. This will assist in the smooth running of the program, allowing the Arena Manager and the Announcer to adjust events according to the number of athletes present.

Reminder that the canteen operates every week. There will be a variety of food, drinks, confectionary and icy treats available.
Cash or EFTPOS accepted.

During an Athletics competition, athletes should always be in possession of a hat, wear a shirt to cover their shoulders when not competing, use an effective sunscreen, and frequently drink plenty of fluids in small quantities, preferably water.
REGISTRATION & COMPETING
Although you may have your registration number from last season, you CANNOT compete until you have registered and paid in full for the 2025/26 season.
NEW BIBS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL ATHLETES.
BIBS - all athletes must wear their Registration Bib to EVERY competition. You cannot compete without your Bib. If you do not have your bib, a $10 replacement fee will be charged every time you don't have your bib and a new bib will be allocated to you.
RESULTS
Results from all events can be obtained by logging into ResultsHQ. Some results will be available on the day; however, some may need reviewing and may not appear straight away. Please be patient and allow a day or 2 before contacting us about missing results. If results are still missing/incorrect by the Tuesday evening after comp, any queries should be directed to your club manager first. If they are unable to assist, they will contact our Belmont Records & Ranking officer on your behalf. Please remember we are all volunteers 🙂
PARKING
Please use common sense when arriving and leaving the carpark each Saturday. The driveway leading into the carpark comes off a main road which is extremely busy at that time of the day. Please refrain from stopping in the middle of the driveway to drop off passengers. Please park before alighting from your vehicle. Remember to drive slowly and with caution as lots of families are making their way to the track.
