Have I told you that I am a Somatic s$x coach on top of being a Mothercircle leader?

When I became a mum, my world was unraveled. I had to look into areas where I hadn’t been that interested before. Trauma, birth and s$x.

S$x is an interesting topic, it always has been. There is so much push and pull in it. As I have always been a mystery hunter since I was little, I wanted to explore and started to dig deep. As usual, I went down into rabbit hole 🕳️ Which I feel eternally grateful 🌸

Being a female, birth, cycle and s*x are inseparable. I realised that making the s.e.x a taboo, makes the whole picture so distorted. So I said “Yess!” to my calling 💥 When people are saying no I tend to say yes. My nature 😅

I found great strength and confidence being a s$x coach. I love myself more than ever. I feel human. I feel alive 😍 And the good thing is I get to teach women to feel that same so the world we live in is more alive, connected, loved and human.

I knew there was a lot more than meeting the eye with motherhood 👁️

When I first became a mother, I thought I was depressed. I was confused, lost and helpless. I felt like I was doing it without the manual 🧭. Everyone seemed to have one, not me. Therefore I went on a voluntary journey 🌋to find what it was I was missing. Simply, I followed the nudge 😉

I was right. It turned out that yearning, that feeling of misery was a call to the Underworld. It wanted me to dive in so I could claim the strength and clarity I need for the rest of my motherhood journey.

Motherhood is rite of passage. Birth is sacred. If you resonate with my story, you are not depressed, you are being called. All you do is say Yes 🙌🏻
