Founded in the heart of Tasmania, Claremont Cricket Club Inc has been a proud part of the local sporting community for over 5 decades. Formerly known as Cadbury Cricket Club 1975-’80 & Claremont Granada Cricket Club 1980-’92. Based in the northern suburbs of Hobart, our club is dedicated to pro

moting the spirit of cricket across all ages and skill levels—from juniors just starting out to seasoned senior players. Our club is built on the values of sportsmanship, inclusivity, development, and community engagement. Over the years, Claremont Cricket Club has nurtured local talent, hosted memorable matches, and contributed to the growth of cricket in Tasmania. We offer programs for juniors, seniors, Male and Female, and we welcome new members, volunteers, and supporters with open arms. Claremont Cricket Club are the Cricket Tasmania Woolworths Cricket Blast Program of the Year winner for the 2025/26 season!

Claremont Cricket Club has enjoyed a highly successful season delivering two Woolworths Cricket Blast programs, highlighting the club’s commitment to fostering junior participation. Building on the foundations established in the previous years, the club has seen impressive growth, now welcoming around 70 enthusiastic Blast participants. This increase reflects not only the club’s strong reputation in the community but also the positive experiences families have had with the program.
