🚨 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: JASON 🚨
Jason came to Omega Built at the end of March with a tough injury history:
pr*****ed lower discs and
three shoulder injuries
As an experienced lifter, Jason already had the drive and a massive baseline of strength, but his injuries had completely sidelined him.
Instead of just chasing heavy weight, we took a step back to rebuild his mobility and structural resilience first.
We put him on a custom 5-day split:
2 days of cardio/conditioning
3 days of hypertrophy training.
He trusted the process, and in just two months, he reclaimed his fitness ability:
🔥 3% reduction in body fat
💪 1.7% increase in muscle mass
📏 Waist down from 34" to 32"
🏋️ Overhead Press: Rebuilt from a cautious 20 kg back up to a massive, pain-free Overhead press.
👑 Squat & Deadlift:Bulletproofed his spine to safely move 200 kg again.
