Rough day at the office last night. We went into this fight knowing this was a tough challenge for Danny. Fought an older kid with more experience in his home town. Ultimately he lost the fight, but learned a lot. Danny after the fight is eager to get back to the gym and fix the mistakes. Losses make fighters, not wins. It’s easy to win all the time. A telling trait of a fighter, is what happens after their losses. We a proud of how he composed himself the entire time. Took the loss with class. One thing we know, this kid is going places, and it’s just the beginning of his story, I look forward to see where he goes.
Thank you to the coaches and guys from the gym that came out to support and OKG for having us out. Congrats to Jet on his performance.
