Hey all

Scott here sorry we have been abit quiet here on the socials not much to report really it’s all been full on here in the Phipps camp and with work.

Unfortunately I made the call a few months back that we won’t be belting up n spinning laps this season it was a pretty tough call and a hard decision but I made the call we will not he suiting up this season. With work and family and some trips away with the kids n work I’ve decided we will have this season off and see how we go and could possibly be back for the 2026/27 season if things align but in saying that I can’t thank Dee or August enough for the past 3 seasons with there support and giving me a car to drive we wouldn’t have been so successful to my family thank you so much for all the support and testing times. We will still be track side helping out and giving our advice when we can. But for now its camping and enjoying life and relaxing

All I can say is watch this space you don’t now what the future holds

Afternoon all just a quick update we are sorting the Q7 car out to got and get the side rails and bumpers replaced from our sponsor B&B Steel fabrication and we are sorting some new things out in the background for next season with a new new look and new body getting designed as we speak and also we are hoping to add some more HP to the girl

Another big announcement we will be running Q12 next season we are going back to the well known number of the Phipps family run by both my dad and myself in NZ n in QLD

We are also back on the hunt for some sponsors for next season to add to the already great sponsors we have that are back on board for next season we have about 10 spots available we have a few options available if you wish to have a chat with what we have available then please don’t hesitate to contact myself and we can have me

Well we had high hopes going into final heat we knew what we had too do and it wasn’t impossible to make it happen but the car decided it had different plans 2 laps into 3rd heat we had a electrical problem and the car kept cutting out etc so we had a play with Tysen mcewan which was awesome way too put a show on for the crowd and show the crowd we weren’t no flag runners im pretty sure we come home Q4

We have a big off season coming

Was at River 94.9 Lockyer Valley Speedway last meeting for the season and a great meeting just another test n tune for us to dial in some more for the QLD titles next month. We had an awesome run some good close racing with the v8 boys the old Barra is showing some pace and we knocking on the back bumpers of the Ls ones.

We had 4 races 4 wins unfortunately we had a couple drop out to mechanical issues but it is what it is that’s racing.

Big thanks goes to justin from JPs Race Cars last night we tried a few things and made the car better I can’t thank him this season for all his help and chats

Thanks to my family and kids for all the support and me daughter indy for helping with everything n helping with my race gear
