Cessnock PCYC Pickleball is expanding!
We now have Sunday Sessions which are being held at the new indoor/outdoor courts at Cessnock High School.
We are currently planning a couple of morning sessions a month and will re-evaluate once we get feedback and see how popular the sessions are.
These sessions are aimed to be fun and family friendly. We want people to be able to bring their kids and have a good time but equally we want our social adults to be able to have a good time too. This may mean some organising of the courts on the day to put people of similar pickleball levels together.
Hopefully we will get to the stage where we have enough juniors playing that they can have their own court!
As always, please check sessions and book using the opensports app.

Here's our Pickleball Schedule for June 2026. There is an "Introduction to Pickleball" session on Wednesday 10th June 6-8pm if you would like to come along and have a try. Hear ye, hear ye! Your Majesty and the PCYC Cessnock request the honor of your presence at a Royal Pickleball Social Celebration. The grand festivities will commence on The Kings Birthday Public Holiday, Monday the 8th of June 9-11am at the Royal Cessnock Indoor Sports Stadium. Proper regal attire is required. Wear your Tiaras and Crowns, (Robes optional). Book on Ye Old OpenSports now! You need to be a proficient player to attend - you know the rules, you can score and you can maintain a social rally.

Cessnock PCYC Pickleball is having a fund-raising BBQ at Bunnings this coming Sunday (May 17th). We would love for you to pop by, have a snag and chat to us about Pickleball, one of the fast growing sports in the world.

We are having another Introduction to Pickleball Night next Wednesday at PCYC Cessnock 6-8pm. An Accredited Coach will be in attendance to get you started in the world's fastest growing game! Must be >16 years old (we have Junior's session at 4-6pm) and join PCYC NSW which gives you access to all PCYC activities across NSW. Book on the OpenSports App.
