It’s been a hot minute! I haven’t been practicing much as well - all time is consumed by the ocean 🏄🏼‍♀️💦 but it felt so good creating this sequence for today’s class, I had to share it 🤗

It’s been a while… just noticed my last post was from January 😅 this year has been very busy, good way busy and also very unpredictable, not in a good way tho. Can’t wait to be back teaching in person classes at my favourite studio 😍 You’ll find me there every Friday at 9:30am for a flowing Vinyasa 🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️
