You met our four Legacy Girls Head Coaches for the 2026 Baseball For All Nationals. Now it's time to unveil our four amazing Roving Instructors.

They will complete the Legacy dream team by working across all four squads, sharing their experience, knowledge and love of the game with every player on tour.

🩷 Kate Psota

The Resume: Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame inductee, six-time World Cup medallist, four-time World Cup All-Star and dual Canadian National Team MVP.

The X-Factor: A career built at the highest level of international baseball. Fifteen years representing Canada, multiple World Cup medals as a player, and then stepping straight into coaching to add another World Cup medal at the 2024 Women's Baseball World Cup.

🖤 Morgan Doty

The Resume: Three-time Australian Emerald, dual state national champion across Western Australia and Victoria, Australian Championship batting champion and Australian Women's Baseball Showcase winner.

The X-Factor: From a walk-off hit that made history to a coaching career shaping the next wave of talent, Morgan brings lived experience across every level of the game and knows exactly what it takes to develop, perform and lead in high-performance environments.

💙 Amy McCann

The Resume: Six-time Women's Baseball World Cup representative, dual World Cup medallist, All-World Team selection and Australian Player of the Year.

The X-Factor: One of the true trailblazers of the game. Amy has spent decades building women's baseball while also performing at the highest level, bringing elite playing experience, coaching expertise, broadcasting insight and a deep commitment to developing the next generation.

🩷 Trent Oeltjen

The Resume: Former Major Leaguer, Olympic silver medallist and Australian baseball icon with experience at the very highest levels of the game.

The X-Factor: A rare perspective from the highest level of the sport. Trent brings Major League and Olympic experience into every environment he steps into, sharing what elite performance really looks like at the top end of the game.

While everyone sees the uniform, the wins, and the role with the Atlanta Braves, this is the part that matters most.

Father, Husband, Mentor.

One of the things I respect most about our Pitching Director, Frank Duncan, is that he never loses sight of why he does it all.

Baseball has taken Frank Duncan around the world from the mound as a professional pitcher for over a decade, to now helping develop some of the game’s best arms with the Atlanta Braves organization. But at the end of the day, it’s moments like these that remind us what success is really about.

Building a career is important.

Building a family is everything.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have someone of Frank’s character, experience, and heart helping guide the next wave of Legacy Sports athletes.

Because the best coaches don’t just teach the game.

They teach what matters beyond it.

Four squads. The biggest girls/women's baseball tour ever to leave Australian shores!

An epic squad requires epic people so we are proud to introduce our four Legacy Head Coaches who will be leading the charge at the BFA Nationals.

Icons, mentors, champions of the game.

🩷 18U Head Coach: Katie Gaynor

The Resume: Six-time World Cup icon, All-World Team selection and dual World Cup medallist.

The X-Factor: The gold standard. Katie did not just play the game at the highest level, she built the foundation for Australian baseball. Her legacy is so massive her number 8 jersey is retired.

🩷 16U Head Coach: Laura Neads

The Resume: Dual World Cup medallist, All-World Team selection and the first female Head Coach of the elite NSW women's team.

The X-Factor: Big-game ice in her veins. "Lulu" holds the ultimate distinction of being the only Australian in history to start on the mound in a World Cup gold medal final.

🩷 14U Head Coach: Sydney Horton

The Resume: A two-sport international force who has competed across multiple continents, from the World Cup to the NCAA to Australia's Nationals.

The X-Factor: Right at home in the States. Based in Chicago with Perfect Catch, Sydney lives and breathes the American game, so our girls land at Nationals with a coach who already knows the lay of the land.

🩷 12U Head Coach: Kira Kuwamoto

The Resume: Two-time Australian National Champion (2024 and 2026) and RBI leader in the ABL Women's Showcase.

The X-Factor: Coaching DNA from East to West. From the prestigious Hanshin Tigers Academy in Japan to Australia's Little League Nationals, Kira brings a development pedigree shaped by two of the game's great baseball cultures.
