On this occasion the U16 MtEliza girls soccer team came to AE to break up the cold wet winter and to get off soggy training pitches. Together, the girls had fun pushing one another to work harder whilst also having a laugh along the way. A good change up to regular season and gives the girls a taste of what they need to do to improve their conditioning for soccer!

We just wrapped up a fantastic workshop, "Elite Mentality with Robert Harvey" at Athlete Evolution! 🎉

Rob was an exceptional footballer, renowned for his extraordinary physical abilities—endurance, agility, and strength—that allowed him to outlast opponents, evade tackles, and excel in tight situations. However, it was his mindset, his mental preparation honed through various techniques, that truly set him apart. This mental toughness enabled him to perform at a consistently high level over an impressive 21-season career, earning him two Brownlow Medals and a place in the AFL Hall of Fame.

During our recent session, Rob generously shared his insights on cultivating an "elite mentality," offering participants practical strategies to maximize their potential.

Participants collaborated to develop strategies applicable not only to their football careers but also to other areas of life, all under the guidance of a true legend of the game.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this transformative experience. The journey to unlocking your full potential has only just begun!
