Thanks to everyone that came to the Celebrate Heidi Spectacular yesterday. Instructors you all came together and showed what true comradely is. The energy everyone brought to this event was electric the room was on 🔥 fire from start to finish.
For those of you that missed Heidi’s words at the end of the event here they are
“Words can’t express how much I appreciate today. From the organisers to the instructors to every single participant. Group fitness has been such an important part of my life, clocking up 30 years this year. I’m not leaving the way I imagined it, but that’s life and I have to be thankful for the fun, the friendships and the love that I have experienced.
I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy trying to shrink the tumour in my mouth. If it works I might see Christmas. If not I won’t, but the special memories we’ve created today will take me through the dark times to come.
