The Safehouse Spartans are looking for their next teams.

We are looking for players of all experiences from beginners to veterans with a team based attitude, committed to competition and who are ready to learn from coaches along the way.

Introducing Joshua to our residents of TFSH. A long time member of TFSH, Josh has been working his craft on and off the court.

A Bachelor in Physiotherapy, Josh was working in the St George area before jumping into a roll with the Championship Sydney Kings.

Josh has been working with some of our teenagers in Strength and Conditioning (SnC) classes teaching them how to focus on their form, techniques as well as gym etiquette.

Autumn Camp reservations are now open.

Junior Camps are on 7th, 13th and 14th of April 2026 with full day ($100per child, 9am - 3pm) or half day ($50 per child, 9am - 12pm) options.

Teen Camps are on 8th and 15th of April 2026 from 9am to 3pm at $150 per child.

Safehouse Spartan player nominations are open for the 2026 Winter Season set to start in April.

Spartan players must be enthusiastic, team orientated and ready to listen to coaches and team mates.

We are looking to field teams in the following age groups:

U10 Mixed Thursday
U12 Girls Tuesday
U12 Mixed Thursday
U14 Boys Wednesday
U15 Girls Tuesday
U16 Boys Thursday
U18 Boys Tuesday

Week 2 activities for some of our classes.

Now that we are back in the swing of things, its been great to see people locking in to the small details of each drill and pushing to better themselves.

If its being loud to communicate, sorting out footwork or just pushing the pace and control of the handle, everyone has been working hard.

TFSH Basketball Training Programs start again from the 27th of Jan 2026.

We run 1 hour classes for all kids from 5 to 18 years old which focus and all aspects of basketball. Learn how to shoot, dribble pass, defend and work together as a team.

Was great to see our guys coming in to get some drills and games in to shake off the Christmas rust.

U12's camp involves minigames and activities improving dribbling, shooting, passing and communication.

U18's camps target dribbling under pressure, shooting efficiency and game play IQ.

We are still taking bookings for next weeks camps for the following dates:
U12s - 19th and 20th of Jan, half day 9am - 12pm or full day 9am - 3pm
U18s - 21st of Jan 9am to 3pm
