“What if world peace started with a shared meal and a song?” 🎶🌍

There won’t be world peace while one group is still trying to win over the other, or imposing their beliefs and systems.

In the name of Progress, we are polluting the Earth, erasing Indigenous knowledge and unifying culture, and filling our bodies with synthetic products.

In the name of Resistance, we are violating freedom and closing our hearts.

Both sides are acting from the same place — fear, love, and the desire to protect.

We need both. But we’re forgetting why we are here.

🍽️ The Invitation

I want to invite Trump, Putin, Maduro, Machado, Albanese, and Xi Jinping to my place in Captain Creek, Australia.

Bring a plate of food.
Bring your children and grandchildren.
Bring a musical instrument.

For a moment — no politics, no religion.

Let’s sit together, share stories, play music, and watch the children remind us what peace looks like.

Let’s listen, laugh, and remember we belong to one Earth.

And I invite you to do the same wherever you are.
Invite someone you disagree with — a neighbor, a coworker, even your “enemy.”

Cook something, share it, and don’t debate.

Just be together. Eat, listen, dance, and connect.

✨ The Challenge

📸 Post a photo or short video of your shared meal or music circle.
🕊️ Tag it
🌍 Tag
👫 Nominate 3 people to do the same.

Let’s fill the internet with images of people breaking bread, strumming guitars, drumming rhythms — not arguments.

Let’s remind the world that peace begins not in treaties or speeches, but around a shared table and a shared song.

💭 Closing Reflection

This is not about avoiding or banning conversations about religion or politics.

It’s about a temporary pause — a space to remember why we are here.

We are not here to convince others of our beliefs or ideas.

We are here to coexist and enjoy life together.

Once we remember that, we can sit down again and talk — without reacting emotionally.

We can finally understand that the purpose of all religions and politics is the same: to improve the quality of life and elevate the level of consciousness.

When we realize that, instead of idolizing people like Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, Krishna, Moses, Abraham, Lao-tze, Alexander the Great, Caesar, Bonaparte, Bolívar, or Washington, we can start learning from them, discussing their ideas, and combining their wisdom to create a better world — a world built on awareness, compassion, and peace.

Right now, too many are clinging to their beliefs as if they were weapons.

They get offended when questioned, move into defense, and sometimes even into war — all to protect what was meant to elevate us, not divide us.

🌱 Final Thought

When we are eating, playing music, and laughing together, we stop seeing enemies.

We start seeing humans.

And that’s where lasting peace begins.

Dr David R. Hawkins – The Spiritual Mapmaker of Consciousness

"In the high states of consciousness, life flows effortlessly. There is a continuous presence of peace, inspiration, and joy. One is no longer the doer but becomes the instrument through which life unfolds."

• Who he was: American psychiatrist, spiritual teacher, and researcher of consciousness.

• Known for: Creating the Map of Consciousness, which ranks emotional and spiritual states from low (shame) to high (peace, enlightenment).

• Key contribution: Though he didn’t use the term flow, his descriptions of high-level states (joy, love, peace) mirror the qualities of flow from a spiritual lens
• Famous books: Power vs. Force, Letting Go, The Eye of the I.

As per AI, his influences are:

Psychology & Psychiatry

Sigmund Freud (1856 – 1939) – Father of psychoanalysis; theories of unconscious mind.

Carl Rogers (1902 – 1987) – Humanistic psychology, person-centered therapy.

B.F. Skinner (1904 – 1990) – Behaviorism (though Hawkins diverged, he was influenced by its rigor).

William James (1842 – 1910) – Philosopher/psychologist, Varieties of Religious Experience.

Philosophy & Science

Aristotle (384 BC – 322 BC) – Logic, ethics, metaphysics.

Immanuel Kant (1724 – 1804) – Epistemology, moral philosophy.

David Hume (1711 – 1776) – Empiricism, skepticism.

Spiritual & Mystical Traditions

Gautama Buddha (traditionally 563 BC – 483 BC) – Enlightenment, Eightfold Path, mindfulness.

Laozi (Lao Tzu) (c. 6th century BC) – Taoism, Tao Te Ching.

Jesus of Nazareth (c. 4 BC – 30/33 AD) – Core teachings of compassion, love, truth.

Ramana Maharshi (1879 – 1950) – Indian sage, Advaita Vedanta, self-inquiry (“Who am I?”).

Sri Ramakrishna (1836 – 1886) – Hindu mystic, non-dual realization, devotion.

Sri Aurobindo (1872 – 1950) – Integral yoga, consciousness evolution.

Meister Eckhart (c. 1260 – c. 1328) – Christian mystic, direct union with God.

Jamie Wheal – The Consciousness and Culture Strategist

"Flow is an optimal state of consciousness where we feel our best and perform our best. It involves a temporary shutdown of the inner critic, a merging of action and awareness, and a deep sense of presence, allowing for heightened creativity, faster decision-making, and a powerful sense of connection and meaning."

• Who he is: American author, performance expert, and founder of the Flow Genome Project.

• Known for: Exploring flow as part of a broader category of ecstatic or non-ordinary states of consciousness.

• Key contribution: Describes flow as part of “ecstasis” — powerful states that unlock creativity, connection, and higher functioning.

• Famous books: Stealing Fire (with Kotler), Recapture the Rapture.

As per AI, his Influences & Intellectual Lineage
:
1. Integral Theory (Ken Wilber)

• Wheal credits his early engagement with Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory as a foundational shift. He discovered Wilber’s work through his boarding school headmaster and appreciated its inclusion of both subjective and objective dimensions—a credible framework beyond "totally squishy New Age stuff"

• Over time, Wheal also grew critical of how some integral enthusiasts lacked emotional intelligence despite their deep engagement with the theory

2. Neuroanthropology & Culture Architecture

• Central to Wheal’s work is the merging of neuroscience, anthropology, and cultural design—what he terms neuroanthropology and culture architecture

• This lens shapes his approach to understanding how peak experiences, motivation, and communal rituals shape human behavior and performance.

3. Expeditionary Education & Wilderness Experience

• His practical background includes expeditionary leadership, wilderness medicine, and surf rescue, which inform how he maps embodied, experiential learning toward Flow and altered states

4. Flow Theory & Peak Performance Research

• Jamie builds directly on Flow Theory, popularized by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, but reinterprets it through a modern, cross-disciplinary lens that incorporates neuroscience, psychedelics, and group dynamics.

Mihaly (1934-2021) – The Psychologist of

"Flow is a state where you’re fully absorbed in what you’re doing, so focused and involved that everything else fades away. You feel in control, time flies or slows down, and the activity feels rewarding in itself. In this state, people often perform at their best and feel deeply satisfied, because they’re fully using their skills and doing something meaningful."

• Who he was: Hungarian-American psychologist and pioneer in positive psychology.

• Known for: Coining the term Flow and researching what makes life meaningful.

• Key contribution: Defined flow as an optimal state of experience where people are fully engaged, performing at their best, and feeling deeply satisfied.

• Famous book: Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience (1990).

Why focus on Flow State and Permaculture?

Because both are about cultivating High Performance — in humans and ecosystems — by reducing long-term dependency on external inputs.

➤ Healthy Gut
➤ Clean Environment (Water, Food, Air)
➤ Positive Psychology
= Stronger immune & nervous systems
→ High Performance Humans

➤ Healthy Soil

Ever wonder why the same situation triggers different reactions in different people?

It’s not about the event — it’s about the meaning we give it.

The Ladder of Inference shows how we quickly (and often unconsciously) jump from a trigger, straight to action, based on our ingrained beliefs.

When we slow down and see the steps, we can shift and understand emotions. And even detect if specific belief is making us react in a non-desire way.

That’s the power of awareness.

is a non-ordinary state of consciousness where we tap into greater creativity, performance, and fulfillment.

It occurs when our consciousness operates in the zones of , , , , , and , no matter what is happening in the outside world.

It's easier to say than applying, because the average modern day-to-day life baseline is below the neutral level of , where most interactions come from , , , , , , and .

can help you raise this baseline of day-to-day life, to tap into more FLOW.

We have designed a 6-week Flow State and Consciousness Basics Course, followed by 6-month Flow State and Consciousness Mastery Community, where you will learn and practice biology and psychology tools, frameworks and techniques to FLOW more.
